Committed to helping organizations and people, Angela Lucente founded ALtrex Performance Systems in 1996, specializing in helping organizations perform better through their people.  Angela has an eclectic background having held executive level positions in Business Development, Human Resource, Training, and Organizational Development. She established Sunclipse University, and the Landsberg Sales Academy while Manager of Training for Sunclipse-Amcor.  She has also developed and authored supervisor and leadership programs, personalized coaching plans, career path and succession plan programs.

Angela's expertise lies in performance management and coaching, leadership development, team building, competency modeling, and interpersonal skills development.  She uses a performance consulting approach, helping organizations identify the skills or competencies to successfully achieve their business goals through their people.  She provides assessments, both organizationally, and individually, to define the needs, and apply the best solution with measurable results.

Angela holds degrees in Organizational Leadership, Information Systems, Family Studies, and Consumer Affairs.  She is a Master Trainer for Development Dimensions International, Vital Learning, and Certified DiSC Trainer and Coach for  Inscape Publishing.  She has developed and facilitated training for start-ups as well as Fortune 100 companies, including Powerwave Technologies, Raytheon, Amgen, American Honda, OneWorld Networks, State Farm, Larry Levinson Productions, and Berkshire Mortgage Finance.
