Angela Lucente is the founder and President of Altrex Performance Systems. She brings over 25 years of experience in business, education, training, human resources, and performance development. She has served in a variety of internal organizational roles included VP Business Development, Director of Human Resources, and Dean of Corporate University, trainer, facilitator and retail store management.
Since establishing Altrex Performance Systems in 1996, Angela has worked with a number of organizations and industries, including: high tech, retail, manufacturing, mortgage, finance, and a variety of non-profit groups, focusing on the areas of Strategic Selection, Leadership Development, Customer Service, Trainer Development and the related consulting services to help clients strategically and successfully implement their initiatives. She believes in developing and supporting internal capability and self-sufficiency whenever possible.
Angela holds Degrees in Computer Science, Family Studies and Consumer Science, and Secondary Education. She is a certified master trainer for DDI, and is an active member of several professional associations including ASTD, SHRM, and the Chamber of Commerce.
Terry Mayfield
Terry L. Mayfield, Mayfield Training, is a Professional Speaker, Seminar Leader, and Author. He is also a professional member of the National Speakers Association.
Terry presents customized programs to corporations and associations on the topics of Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and Personal Success. He is the author of the books How to Control Your Destiny and The Customer Connection. He has also created the training seminars and audio programs Selling Through Service and How to Create the Perfect Customer.
