Team Building - Innovating Teams Workshop

This workshop helps kick-start new teams, or re-vitalize stalled teams. The process helps identify and promote individual skills and contributions through innovations. There are five key roles in innovative team performance:

  1. Creator
  2. Advancer
  3. Refiner
  4. Executor
  5. Facilitator

This workshop uses a unique process to map the flow of assigning roles, completing tasks, and handing off tasks to other team members. The focus is on skill development for specific teams and results.

This workshop can be facilitated in two half-day sessions, or one full-day.
